As from 2015, end of the year, Ngdata introduced their next generation customer data platform solution ‘Lily’.
Lily has the ability to combine data from multiple sources in order to generate new insights, based on variable data types. The customer DNA, that is -amongst other data- created on real-time feedback of individual customer behavior, offers the possibility to exploit next best actions and offers based on preferences.
While experiencing one of Lily’s first Belgian projects, Business and Decision -being a partner of Ngdata- gained a lot of knowledge, that can be applicable for other missions:
